Mate he was the guy on the red 600 RR in my garage. He was giving the race thous a ride for their money... held them off for 4 laps while I counted. 1...2...3....4

One of the quickest riders there I'd say.

Did anyone get any front end probs through T4? It wasn't too major but as i came through over the little patch in the middle of it I swear my front tire started to feel a little unsettled and also started to jiggle a little bit almost like a very small amount of tank slap. Might just be the way I was braking into it though. And can someone post up the pictures when they come up on the motott site? I'm on dial up so it would take rediculously long to load them.

You could try turning earlier and being on the gas by the time you go past the wacky seal patches, mebbe?

i feel kiwitrackdays is better organised, steve fisher does a 10/10 of speaking/making sure everyone knows EXactly goes on,

also they allow passing anywhere in the fast group, theres usaly 3 groups and more track time, the photographers are much better and dont just take photos on the first few sessions when the track temp is lower and everyones getting used to the SHITE conditions of taupo that seem to change like the wind.
Agree about the photographer taking photos later in the day.... photos taken in the morning tend to have better colour temperature though, on a fine day.

Also agree that you may get more track time, almost certainly because there are only one third of the riders there which is great for track time. But after doing as many trackdays as I have its also good to catch up with other addicts and this is best done at a MotoTT day!!

However as for organisation, MotoTT do the best job, best briefings, best procedures if the unthinkable happens, and in my opinion, best rules. There are more MotoTT personel at the track than any other company and that helps too. MotoTT also organise the weather MUCH better.

I have no problems with Steve and will always do his trackdays if I can - He's an enthusiast giving back to his sport
When in Taupo, stay with Paul and Sandy at CHANTILLYS MOTOR LODGE
For Suzuki Parts call Dan at COLEMANS SUZUKI - For Tyres ask for Danny at BOTANY HONDA

That's what I started doing towards the end, and just going to the inside of the patch and already on the gas like you said. It could have just been the "crystalised layer" the guy that was doing the briefing mentioned because it was in the second or first session and my bike hadn't been moved for about a month. Were you riding?

steve fisher doesnt sound like hes reading cue cards and also has a sense of humour so everyone is actualy listening rather than wanting him to hurryup and be quiet,

i agree with the less riders and more track time... cant really change that,

    there both good, !!!!!!!!!!

I think I saw that, outside pit 26? You were going pretty fast. Didn't really think the gsx was a bike you would turn into a race bike, though? What class?
