    AKL rental accom wanted. Eastern suburbs.


    Eastern Suburbs
    Outdoor fenced area
    2 brm - nice to have 3
    Modernish kitchen and bathroom
    Rest of house must be decent/liveable
    Prefer carport, ideally a garage
    $300/pw

    Good friend of mine, totally respectful. professional lady (not THAT kind you smuts...), she has a 3 year old

    She also has a cat but that could (reluctantly) be rehomed if needed.
