Chocky--seriously dude it aint worth it.Its taken you 18 months to wear the last set down. Polish the pins in place and bolt the whole plot back together. Then you have a year to get the threads unlocked.

Yea, but I might as well as the whole bike is in bits at the mo, seriously!
The frame and motor are swinging from the roof by 4 lengths of clothes line wire, I had new cush-drive rubbers sent in from the states ($80) the wheels have been re-powdercoated, new paint....etc so I figure I should fix any problems as I find them

    You bloody idiot.

    *sigh*
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I thought the bandit 400 caliper might fit, but after a bit of research, it looks like the 94-95 RF900 has a unique caliper. I might be wrong there, I'm basing that on the EBC brakes catalogue which only lists the 94-95 RF900 on the page for the brake pads for that caliper.
If it was a 96 onwards RF900, things would be easier as they share the pads (and presumably caliper) with a whole heap of other bikes.

If you can't fix that one or find one at a wreckers, there's always ebay, there are a few on there now.
