Great set of leathers, good quality and look real flash. I went for a short ride with mine this evening and to be honest I gotta admit that it was a bit strange. Possibly it's because I'm not used to it, but quite a different feel - quite tight around the back of the knees :S

Does anybody know how much wear leather suits need until they start to stretch and soften up a bit? Alternatively, is there any other way that I can speed this processing up?

Otherwise, great deal on some good quality gear. Thanks a lot Leighton, big ups to you for organising them, much appreciated.

get into a suna with one and then go for a ride to dry it out. Repeat the process a few times.

Get them wet, then go for a ride to dry them out, wet will soften them and your body heat will warm them and help them mould to your body! oh and wear an old tshirt under forst time you wear them wet as some of the dye etc might run

    Editamn zapf beat me

Ahh, the smell of new leather!

Mine just arrived. They look awesome! I'm just a tad concerned that they might be a bit small. Will try them on properly at smoko. I know they need to be tight for the armour to work, plus they'll give a bit- I hope.

Wow, thats an efficient courier! Only picked them up from AKL at 4ish yesterday...hope the sizing goes ok? It was the only difficulty with placing the order. Glad your happy with the quality, etc. Let me know how they fit.

Are you kidding me? I have a spare room full of 60 items of leathers...

    So very vaguely,
    Green/White/Red= sAsLEX
1st 3 on second post are mine (as is the other jacket)
White with Blue 1piece = SuperDave
    Black/Blue Codura = MotoRacer
    Black/Red 2piece = was Devil's - he took anther spare XL instead.

Not sure about the rest? But have it written down somewhere.

Will try them on at smoko to see how they are. If they don't fit, did you order a spare like mine in XL?
Yeh, the courier was bloody quick in the end. Pity about all the BS it took to get them to actually pick it up tho...
As for the thermal liners- the polyester is zipped in, so surely it's just a matter of unzipping that and replacing it with the liner? Dunno, can you ask them for me? It gets cold down here

Will have a look, but am pretty sure I don't I only have 1 large Beconi 1piece; Devil's Black/Red 2-piece in Red...but I am under strict instructions not to sell that to a KBer so that Devil is the only one with his style when the 2nd order comes in

I have emailed them yesterday (we are missing one suit also - sorry rua) so hoping to hear back from them soon with a solution...

Tried them on- they are a perfect fit! Can't believe how comfy the pants are and how easy it is to move in them. The knees are even in the right place! There's plenty of length in the arms and the jacket is a snug fit, but I can still bend foward and reach out. The bloody thing could have been tailored to fit me. My biker workmate had a look and he can't believe how good the quality is for the price- he said "I never thought you'd get anything like that sort of quality. You can see they've really thought about the design"

For anyone considering getting in on the next order and wanting an idea of sizing- I got a large two piece. I'm 182 cm tall and weigh around 80kg. Chest measurement varies from 42 to 44 inch depending where it's taken.

A big thanks to Leighton for arranging this.
