Worth a look then?
And if you want to try it out on Windoze: http://www.symscape.com/openfoam-on-windows
Requires a bit of mucking around, but it does work.
I am finding it a steep learning curve due to ny lack of C+ , but it IS a vwery powerful program
Things you can do with it , airflow in Engines ,,,' that will stop your core 2 dead ,,,, Airflow in Air boxes , around the bike ,,,
even model the stock market !
at the moment I can model the toilet and increase the airflow up to 5 m/s ( i.e. Dr vindaloos extra ,,, the results thereof
What I am hoping to do with it is look at oil flow in my oil pump and oil flow in my suspension legs
Given myself a year to do this
Stephen
PS It also does Stress analysis , but I use Calculix ,,,as its easier to use
