Ill second Leerustys comments --These fucking things are dangerous.
Theyve slipped under the LTSA radar by being registered as "scooters"
They dont have to get or be presented for a WOF which is totally insane.
They are supossed to be up to WOF standard but how in hell can that be the case when most of em dont have a charging system -Ive seen most of em with a battery you charge up at night -fat lot of use that is when you're indicating and the batteries flat.
They dont even have to go through for compliance so the brakes might not even work.
Personally I think all these little "scooters" need to be presented for a WOF at least once before being put on the road.
All those Ive seen are only fit for buzzing round the back yard or maybee local carpark
It REALLY fucks me off because they are acc wise classed as motorbikes so any accidents will affect all bikers acc levvies
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?

However I will admit there's a problem with them on the road, but again it's mostly the owners......as with most other things that are fun.....
I saw a mimi chopper with a teenager on it on the road. Bloody thing had a number plate on it. Poor bike looked like it was going to blow a poopoo valve. I could not stop myself from laughing at it, what a curcis(sp)!
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.
