Looking at your spelling and grammar, I thought you would be the last to worry about a harmless slang expression...

But back to the real problem, have you tried Viagra...?

Ok - I'll take up your challenge.
You boldly state that a cager is a motorist...perhaps, but a motorist IS NOT a cager.
Cager describes an attitude in a 4 wheeled conveyance. An attitude that most 2 wheeled conveyancees are all too familiar with. Cagers are that breed of driver that is referred to in the advice 'They are out to kill you'.
Do not try and tell us that there is no such thing as a cager. There are littlies here that might believe you, and that belief may prove injurious to their health.
    p/t (almost)
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Do not, have not and will not use that term.
Nothing to do with the source or etymology.
    I just think it's stupid.

It's mentioned in Wikipedia so it must be a real word.

I agree with you. I drive a car.

It's as wanky as calling a camshaft a "bumpstick" as some "petrol heads" do...or did...

I think the use of the word does nothing other than reinforce an 'us versus them' mentality which will only do us harm in the long run.

Especially when 90% of this forum's members probably have at least one car/van etc anyway.
