    Crashed my brains out

    Had my first crash since the TT

    Yep it was wankerish Of me and Totaly my fault, but I now know I can bounce again, and that my body is good to go the same as anyone else again, woo hoo, rock on ChristChurch

    thank goodness you bounced instead of shattering.

    Still, good to get one out of the way I guess. Onwards and upwards!
