I have a older model (pre-2003) SV650 seat that has 1 inch of foam removed and the original cover on. It was done by a car upholster and looks the same as stock. There is heaps of foam in the standard seat and is just as comfortable to sit on. This would suit someone short and wants to touch the ground but doesn't want the expense and compromises to handling, suspension and ground clearance from putting longer dog-bones in the rear suspension linkage.
I have high-rearsets fitted and so want a little less bend for my dodgy old knees.
Straight swap for a standard seat.
