It was a good- hot day!

Number 22. Jason Eaton- my pick of the day!

This boy was confident, smooth and had some wicked pace. He toyed with some F2, F3 racers! Climbing the racing ladder- I reckon he would be kicking a few butts soon enough.
Did anyone here see him ride?

    Good idea though
... and there were quite a few that just left their gear on or beside their bike, trusting no-one would dare knick it.

I know several people who lock their gear to their bike - just run a cable up the arm of their jacket, through the chinbar of the helmet, etc. I just wished I had a lockable box or two; we locked the helmets to the bike (what a farkin flimsy lock - you could easily bend it) and carried/wore all our other crap.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Oyvey, was that boy fast!! Little bloke on a 450cc something. His last race, he would have to have been damn near half a lap ahead by the end. Destined for big things. What was that machine anyway? Tigeraft Minimo....?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Yes the days programme had it as a Tigeraft Minimo. In one race he started near the back- a few laps later- the boy was way infront. i will be watching this guy with keen interest!

I thought I remembered right. While you enlighten the more ignorant (me at least) as to what that bike is etc, can you change that seriously disturbing eyeopener of an avatar. I'm feeling quite queasy.

I think Jasons machine is basically a Honda RS 125 frame with a Yamaha YZ450F motor. Weighs about 90 Kg! Its fuckin fast!

Jasons bike is a Tigcraft and he's been riding it 2-3 years now http://www.tigcraft.com/

    Awesome peice of kit

Well after reading all the reports I might have to get off my arse next year and make the trek north to do Paeroa, hopefully by then we'll have the sidecar up and running or I'll beg borrow or steal something to ride in it.
