Has anyone tried this coffee? Could you please describe the experience if you have. Especialy if they had the coffee in its traditional way.

I've come across something simular to this without the flambue many years ago when I worked in ski resorts.

I'd add some cinnimon or nutmeg to the cream.

There is an ice version of this too topped with caramel ice cream.
