    You will die in 2012.

Yes, thats right. Apparently the earth is going to change its magnetic pole...and we will all die from earth quakes and what not.

But really, read the bio about the guy proclaiming this...who could take him seriously????

You do make a very valid point. However, one man deserves respect no matter what medium he is viewed on...that is Chuck Norris. Chuck could reverse the polarisation of the earth with one of his round house kicks.

    All stand in awe.

Just finished reading a Clive Cussler book about a similar thing happening. Not quite the same but along the same lines.
Sounded like if it did happen it wouldn't matter because who would remember it....

Wait, weren't we all supposed to die in the year 666? Still waiting.

Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true ... they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so all are easier to fool." -- Wizard's First Rule

How many 'prophets' or whatever have foretold the end of the world...they are all wrong so far. I have no more faith in what this guy says than in what Barney the Dinosaur might tell me.

You are already dead and a former being of who you once were. Didn't you know that?

Barney did have a massive audience for some time there, pity they were all to young to vote.

Clive Cussler is a fiction adventure righter, not some nutter prophet so I read it all with a grain a salt. Still if what this guy says is true it would cause some problems for us all.

Would have made for an interesting result if children could vote. maybe a more positive one.
