    Reminds me of...

    Care to elaborate on what you are on about.

    The name of the group just struck me as odd....as a former lecturer at Auckland University I was continuously pounded with a "collective view", so the Idea of individual freedom of riding a motorycle is in complete opposition to the Marxist views of the University.

    I did;
    Just gotta use individual interpretation rather than having it spelled out or spoon fed. See the irony about the group name?

    Is that sarcasm, or are you actually enjoying the banter? Sorry, hard to tell without pitch and tone of voice.

    You're pretty smart for a lecturer. You're not from around here are you?

    ROFLMAO!

    Originally from University of Washington. Occasional guest speaker of computer sciences and artificial intelligence at NZ Uni's.

    Still on a restricted motorbike licence though, so haven't learned everything, but always pushing everyone to learn everything they can!

    It was blindingly obvious and refreshing at the same time.

    You'll enjoy NZ - there's lots of artificial intelligence here.

    Thanks for that. I thought it would be obvious to most of the fish school but I couldn't resist baiting the darwinistic stragglers.

    Afterall, ironry is a staple of humour.

    I thought an example of ironry might be a fencing staple!

    LOL, i suspect you mean there's a lot of "parroting" in NZ. I agree; it's easier to teach a computer to think for itself than a human.
