    Happy birthday Virago

Seeing as I am still up and it is now your birthday, I thought I would say Happy birthday to you.

Happy Birthday Ken, have a fantastic day!

    Happy Birthday Sweet

Let me know what you want today and if it is in my power to grant your wish, I shall.

    Thanks you folks.

I do feel particularly old today. I looked at the home page, two birthdays listed: Virago (48); Nagash (18). Thirty years since I was 18...?

I've just about finished my "old man" rituals for the morning.

After a wash, I trimmed my beard - why do the grey whiskers grow so much faster than the normal ones...?

No special birthday breakfast - got to have my normal cereal - "regularity" takes on a whole new meaning as you get older...

Definition of old age? Being able to afford a $3,000 espresso machine, and then being told by your doctor to cut down on coffee...

First precious coffee from the machine, and then the "old man medications".

Panadol and industrial strength codeine for the head and neck pains, blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds, blood thinners, - and laxatives to counteract the bloody codeine...

Might get out on my bike before the after-lunch nana-nap. Will plan a route around possible toilet stops...
