Heights for me too... in a bit of a round about way.

Let's say I am out tramping and I can see that the track is going to run across a cliff face, some bluffs or something like it. I start getting anxious before I am even getting close to the "dangerous" part - it's mostly anticipation...

And then there's the situation where you're standing looking out over some vertical drop. I know I am safe and sound where I am at - still the void is pulling on my soul so that I fear I might jump if I loose control.
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Remember your humanity, and forget the rest. - Joseph Rotblat

Ahhh, so you're the bloke with the Zimmer Frame strapped to the back of that naked behemoth up this way?

I've been waiting for you to install a chairlift.

Phobia of horses.. reasons for that.

Always a phobia to ladders, they just freak me out. Not bothered about heights but I won't climb a ladder.

Oh, and rings oddly enough. Will never, ever wear a ring in fear that they'll get stuck and never come off again. Some bride's gonna be lucky to find me..

When we lived in Auckland it was the weta!
Frigging thing got onto my arm and when I tried to brush it off it dug in!

Living in the Northern Territory on a 40 acre block, lot of spiders and snakes, regularly find all types of pythons, but shit scared of the "browns" (king and whip snake).
We have 2 resident frillnecks on the property too, crocs on the next block in their billabong!

Living here, the biggest fear is CYCLONES.... Being the captain of the fire and emergency response group we shit ourselves when the warnings come out!
Expecting a big one this time apparently!

    Whats your fear?
I got a mate and he's got a thing about Huntsman spiders too. His missus was drivin him up Queensland way somewhere and one ran out from under the seat. She reckoned he climbed out the window before she even stopped. He wouldn't get back in until she had removed everything from the passenger cab of the vehicle, including the seats. Lucky it was a ute. They live in NZ now.

I had a thing about Wetas when I was a kid, but I got over it. I still remember the feeling though. When everything inside you starts to constrict...

My biggest fear these days is losing my job or not being able to earn a living. Other than that I think its all pretty good

    Getting eaten by sharks.

My whole family are boaty types, always go fishing, have boats, all the stuff with that.
I'm the only one who never goes out. Never have for 30 years.

I'm just not keen on eels. Eat them happily but that big ugly head shoving his face in my mask while snorkling years back truly put the shit up me.

Oh I nearly forgot being boiled alive. Nearly happened once. Only luke warm baths ever since.
