    Tether switch review

I brought one of these items for the motard as required for street racing, unfortunetly I need to give these the big thumbs down.
Installed (correctly) in December for wangas.

The switch rubber thingy came off (no pull on it the lead was slack) During a race and after that I felt i needed to tape it down to make it more secure

After Wanganui I noticed a split in the fastening lead exposing the string (or whatever) I taped that up.

And as you will see from the photo its basically fucked, used only during wangas otherwise tapped shut for the circuits. Its falling apart dramatically !!

I have gone out and brought a Jetski one, more expensive but better

so there ya go, my advise is to stay away from these things.

They\'re fucking rubbish, I\'ve had two fail on two different bikes, ended up making my own from a two pin plug from Dick Smith
