Just a question on tyres on old bikes......some of the ones I see still seem to have the old style tyres on them, you know the ones that are as hard as boards, shiney, incredibly bad crap. It seems amazing to me that they still make them.

When you race, do you have to use these old lunks or can you have modern tyres on them?
