I'm with ya on that one Nicksta, I'd prefer to do that than Track 1!

More corners = better I guess?? - but then theres no A1 corner - which is the best corner on the track - and that chicane, er, well, you couldn't design a better T-Bone corner if you tried! Be `fun' on the first lap tho...

    Really?

T4's all about backing off somewhat to compensate for the elevation and camber change. Easy place to bin at speed. I'm not really all about it.

T8 (the big left hand sweeper) is my favourite. Only place at Taupo where one can do the ton with one's knee down. Wheeee!

(Well, I'm sure the guys who aren't actually slow do the ton with their knee down everywhere, but, y'know. That's my perspective as a n00b. Maybe I'll like T4 best when I'm as fast as you!)

T4 and T8 would be my favorites. T4 you can make alot of ground there, if you get 2 and 3 nicely.

T8 is just a buzz. Throttling the old girl for all shes worth

A1 corner is gay (because Im a pussy on it), needs to be a fast right sweeper, then T8 into T9 would be sweeeeeettttttt!

It'd be sweet for sure, but then everyone would just be having fun at the same pace like they do through T8 and it wouldn't be such a great place to pass riders who are pussies on it.

    I'm in two minds.

Track 2 has sheer entertainment value. Watching Poos stoppie into the tyre wall is as good as it gets.

But then, Track one was the first (and only) time I've ever held a lap record.

    Hmmmmmm.

We shall all consider ourselves duly reminded of your awesomeness bro.

Anyhoo, hurry up and send Trash Jr to the salt mines to cover the payments on a new bike, eh? Surely you've supported his arse for long enough already.

Fucken make sure you are reminded.

Unfortunately, his mum sez he's not allowed to eat salt yet so I don't know how much use he'll be to them.

    Yip really!.

I think it's cause it's a easy corner to fuck up, and feels so good when you get it right.

I wonder if our mail-order-bride friend on the CBR1000RR will come back and show us all again some time how T4 should be done.

She best have a different spangly bikini to wear under her one-piece, though. Be a bit of a fashion crime to use the same one on two different days, particularly when it's all that stands between her and shameful topless exposure in between sessions.

I think T4 through T5 is the best little stretch on that track. You get a good run on someone through 4, give it a fistfull of brakes into 5 and cut them up good.

    Brilliant fun.
