Yeah I was just thinking I've spent many a long (few hours +) on the phone with Telecom trying to sort problems.

Now I call my friend who works there, she must have a magic computer cos she can do things that 10 other people couldn't.

The day these jerks realize that one person with a working brain and a "magic computer" is worth more than 1000 people in some far away land who´s only qualification is that they can speak English witout too much of an accent will be the day when problems like this get solved smoothly.

If vodafone thinks it is saving money buy paying wages to incompetent twits who´s only function is to piss customers off and waste time rather than people who actually function they are misguided in the extreme.

I choose who I do business with based on their customer service. If I call my internet provider with a problem they pick up the phone immediately and respond with something like: "Hi, this is ___, how may I help you". Then they proceed to solve my problem without transferring me anywhere. In other words a real person with a working brain helps me immediately as a matter of course.

But we don't have a choice which moby phone provider to use. The $hit coverage makes that choice for us.
