I went cold turkey after 25 a day for 17 years, and to be perfectly honest I enjoyed smoking and had never tried or wanted to quit before. There was just no way I could justify 100 bucks a week on cancer while I have a wife and kids to provide for.

It took about 10 days for the strong urges to fade, Though it was no drama, I had made a decision so I stuck to it. it must be 3 or 4 years now, Haven't been counting.

I attribute my success to being so much better then everyone else.....
