Anybody dealt with quitline etc...

"well done you've taken the first step" etc aint going to work for me... i don't need praise i just need to stop slowly killing myself.
I started smoking again after 3 years off in december...
5-6 a day.... until last week...
I have gone to dunhill blue from marlboro red...
The udnhill goes down alot smoother and i find myself smoking like a chimney...
i tried going back to marlboro red to fix this, but it feels painful to inhale them compared to the dunhill which i dont feel i just get the relaxation from it...
I am now upto 10-12 a day.... and im fighting myself to hold back.... i could easily put away a pack a day right now.
Anybody got any advice for quitting, or a way to cut back to 5 or less a day?
