    hell no got a few more before that happen 3 really but i call it 10-15 pending on the day and how i feel at the time

    not that hard. Especially when your parents get you a $1300 cake mixer for your 30th...... Edmonds cook book is your friend.

    yeah that's why he's having a pav cooking thread so he can call round on the day and eat it!!!

    What do ya want cheese to put on it Barty? Passion fruit or chocolate chips!!!!
    On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

    Pavlova

    Ingredients

    4 egg whites (60g)
    1 cup castor sugar
    4 teaspoons cornflour
    1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
    Vanilla essence (tiny drop)

    Method

    1. Lightly grease a tray and lay down greaseproof paper to size and shape of Pavlova.
    2. Beat egg whites until stiff and frothy.
    3. Gradually add sugar, continue to beat until thick.
    4. Mix in cornflour and vinegar or lemon juice.
    5. Spread with spoon or pipe onto the prepared tray.
    6. Bake in slow oven, 120-150°C for 2 hours.

    Serve with HEAPS of whipped cream and fresh fruit salad

    Turns out! Every single time I've used the edmonds recipe it just goes gooey and flops

    edmonds is just all hype and no result somtimes the result is so bad you'd rather of not mad anything.....

    wasnt me that bought it up in the other thread cant stand the stuff my self but lemon merang pie is different story how good are yah at those.
