    There is always the iTunes Store as others have said. You only hear a little bit of each song but it is usually enough to see if you like it.

    Also a lot of older iTunes songs are available in the higher bitrate format for no extra cost. I guess they made their money on the older acts years ago.

    JB HiFi can get most things in for you, once you know what CD to get! Mail order or wait...theres one due in the Bay soon.

    PlayRock UK and Rock.com are 2 internet radio stations I listen to a fair bit. Good for some of the older rock groups.

    Nice to see someone appreciating the genesis of heavy rock.

    I'd suggest downloading tracks from Frostwire or Piratebay from various bands to see what you like and then hunt down the albums. Haven't checked but most stuff is available on Amazon and Ebay.

    You could always come round here and check out my collection of original LPs from the 70s. And no, there's no Beegees or Leo Sayer...You can't have them but you could take notes....
    Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
