If I'd realised it was on, I would probably have come, just for the day, as the vifferbabe was asking a couple of weeks ago "How about going to Kai Iwi lakes?" "Where are they?" "How far?" "Could we do it in a day?" etc. etc.

So we'll probably be in next time.

those pics as promised. Thought we snapped a couple more, but obviously not.. We should have taken one when we stopped in Piha and sat on the grass. Oh well, everyone back now, so we can go take a pic..
