I fear the day technology will surpass our human interaction. The world will have a generation of idiots! ALBERT EINSTEIN
Also don't forget that Sketchy was swapping between 2 bikes which doesn't make it any easier!
Congrads to Codgey too on the championship and making a commuter sv go faster than it should!
it was a fantastic race .. blardy well done Glen
mind you there were some other stand out races 125's, & superbikes race one, real tussle for the whole race .. just brilliant![]()
Have toKarma ... Justice catches up eventually !!
well done that man!!!![]()
Bloody awesome racing to watch too (when I got the chance).
He rode really well and never seemed to push too hard, smooth and fast.
Fantastic effort and result mate!
Bloody MNZ seemed to do everything they could to take away his moment of glory too.![]()
[ OFF TOPIC -sorry]
F3 is under protest - nothing to do with Sketchy but they just ignored F3 at Prizegiving. They read out who came where and that was it. None of them got to thank their sponsors, supporters, the club - nothing. If the protest holds (and I don't think it will) he will have won ALL THREE races. As I say - I don't think the protest will hold. But shit, they could of at least let the guys thank everyone in front of their follow racers.
Also Glen was picked for drug testing so it was hard for him to mingle after winning as well.
On top of all that (!) when they interviewed him after a 600 race (which he did straight after the F3 races) they cut him off as he was about to thank everybody. Yes, an MNZ 'official' did the interview.
Great going MNZ - biggest day of his life and they do this.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
Glen you are truely 1 very TALENTED rider and your performance on the weekend proved that not only to me but also to Ozzy and to all those who were there watching you race that you have what it takes when it comes to being their on top. You were spectacular to watch out there and I wish you all the very best with your racing for this year and look forward to seeing you back out there racing in our VMCC Actrix Winter Series. WELL DONE GLEN.![]()

"...you meet the weirdest people riding a Guzzi !!..."
It sure was exciting to watch!
A real shame that he was "denied" his moment of glory by MNZ.
We got to mingle with some of the racers on Saturday night. Glen was one of them. I was most impressed with his "off track" behaviour too...a really nice young guy, modest, humble, friendly and easy to talk to.
All the best Glen.
Diarrhoea is hereditary - it runs in your jeans
If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...
