New biker in Auckland - n3on

    Hi Everyone!

I've just bought my first bike, a 2000 Suzuki RGV. It's pretty sweet as far as I'm concerned. I've got a question though, when headin down the motorway what's the max my rpms should be at? Silly question i know

nah, I'm positive it's rgv. It says so on the side Plus I have a biker friend who came along to look at it and give me some pointers.

It's my first time dealing with a 2 stroke engine so I just wanted to make sure redlining it is all good

you get the rgv250 which is the hard core 250, then you get the rg150 which is more hard core than the rgv150 which is the buget model

I've just noticed my bike has a choke hidden away. It says to pull out for cold starts but I've never had issues starting. Should I still use the choke or does it really matter?

if your bike can start without the choke then dont use it
If you cant fix it with a hammer, Its an electrical problem.
