    .

It was great coverage. We saw it on Saturday night at the pub in Feilding - they announced over the PA Sat avo at Manfeild that there'd be a preview screening of it after the racing.

It was amazing to sit there watching it and have all the top racers in the room ribbing each other.

I hadn't realised that Tony Rees and Lance Lowe had had a coming-together/off, I'd wondered why Tony disappeared for a while then came back.

Many thanks to Yamaha for making this possible.

Nice of race control to tell him to knock off the shenanigans. That's half the entertainment is Lances antics on parade and warm up laps fuclers!

I haven't watched it yet myself, but I did capture it to the 'puter. I'm still working on editing the adds out and joining the separate capture files together and getting the audio in sync. I should have it finished tomorrow evening at the latest, so if anyone wants a copy of it on cd (XviD encoded .avi) I can post some out or you can pick them up or whatever.
It's much better quality than the wanganui race, but not as good as hdtv or a dvd rip.

Was good coverage for the most part and thanks to the sponsors for getting it on TV but I got shafted as they only showed the 2nd F2 race where I got a crap start - doh. What's worse is they actually spliced the footage from race 1 with race 2 and all the on-board footage from Derek McAdam is looking at my bike and the commentators were calling me Andrew Stroud. Gutted!

    Never mind, Nicko.
Even though I don't know you, when I saw you on the box, I said to my wife - "Hey - there's another KiwiBiker! That's Nicko!"
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

I knew it!!! I was wondering WTF??, when they were calling you Stroud since it was clearly your silver spool leathers. Tho I guess with fancy riding like yours, it was understandable for them mistaking you for Stroud. Nice one Nick!
