I am looking for a Kawasaki KR150 bottom end. I prefer that it is complete but it does not have to be in perfect order as it will get a reco. If you can help or have any KR150 engine cases/engine parts please PM me.

I had one pass through my hands briefly (like about 24hrs) as a complete bike bought on TM by the Bren & shipped to him. They did look like a nice compact engine and I did covert it for a Bucket build. Believe it had moved on from new owner several years ago so no leads. Hope new project comes to fruition.

Yes, I am looking ahead a bit, it is a follow on from the GP125/RGV250 air cooled cylinder project. If it works out then this one is going to be a KR150 bottom end with an air cooled NSR250 cylinder for the magic 54x54 bore stroke combination instead of the GP's 56x50. So I have started gathering bits together for it, I have a suitable NSR cylinder (thanks Richban) and now looking for a KR150 bottom end (as suggested by Kel).

Well you could make a 100 square. Just plonk one of husas RSA clone barrels on the gp. Should be ready before you turn 30. Assuming you can make time start reversing.

Or if you go air cooled just order a customer version of the GPR aircooled 125. I hear they`ll run no more than $400.

husa is working on a time machine, its expected delivery date is timed for last week.
On a side note I thought I had the cylinder stud positions for the KR150 I don't think I have. Does Bert know the stud enters?

A H2O 100x100 is the fall back position for the GP if this air cooled conversion of the RGV and NSR cylinders is a failure. Yes the real problem with running time backwards is that I will quite possibly be to young for a racing licence by the time I get the Beast running properly.......

    Lectron Carb

    Hi guys
I am looking for a few 26mm to 32mm Lectron carbs.
I want to get back into racing but all the good bits are on Aaron's bike.
    Cheers

    They do still sell them?
Not so cheap though on Ebay.
    Try craigs list?
Or there are plenty of derivatives like the edelbrock and smart etc etc.

You start with the tyres. Everything revolves around the tyres. ERM. . .well you know what I mean.

That means you need 17" rims 2.15 or 2.5 at front and 3 or 3.5 at the rear.

There are people with old FXR frames and running gear about. Easy start. If you intend to finish that is. Don't constrain yourself with a shitty basis as a starting point. Lose the CB.
