Well its not for a bucket but I figured they must have been used in a few buckets at some stage and they are probably arent so usefull now with the FXRs and the like. Its going into an RM 85, just the DF125 engine I got has a stuffed cam chain drive sprocket and the cases arent worth patching up.

The GN125 is the best bike Suzuki ever built and you're calling it obsolete, you bastard

Anyway, I will have a spare set of them somewhere you can have

You're on drugs old boy, the RF900 is the best bike Suzuki ever made. Then the Gixxer thou is a close second.

Anyhoo, I need an XR200 flywheel and cover/stator for my water cooled thingie I got from Yowling. The only fault I can find with how the donk has been made, is the water pump is driven direct off the flywheel. Pretty confident it'll implode at 10,000rpm.

Note for the frakenmotor you should be aiming for well over 13000rpm.
If you heart is set on moving the pump a few have driven them off the kickstart gears on other motors, I think F5Daves MB100 was originally this set up
The other option is using a cheap 12v pump same as sketchy and Dave and a few others now do.

I would give the XR200 gen system a miss and aim to find a later CB100n or similar as the had a much smaller internal rotor alternator.
Pretty sure a CB200 (I'm pretty sure is the same) will work as well. it would take a little working about re the stator set up wiring but would be a vastly superior system.
Have a look here, note what is also on the site.

Also there is internal rotors CDI only available cheap for the Honda 50.

I am pretty sure the taper on the CRF and Xr200 are the same there were two different tapers but I can remember how it worked but its on this site.

Another option is using a CR125 ignition rotor and a programmable set up

You won't find a tank without the lower corners in need of rust repair. No parts left sorry, all parted for a similar project.
Don't you look at my accountant.
