I'm after the plug for the CDI and the carb mount for an FXR (both the rubber and Ali bits) I used to have these but they have gone out to other people's projects because I didn't think I'd need them. Turns out I was wrong. Any leads appreciated.

I have a stock manifold rubber somewhere you can have for beer at Tokoroa. When you need it?

The CDI plug is the same as the injector control box plug (nippodenso) on my work ute, 2007 diesel hilux. I went to the wreckers to try and find something the same to cut off a loom, couldnt find one the same and ended up using the plug for a corolla wiper motor, most 90's toyotas are all the same, just have to file a bit off the locator lug on the plug, was a bit wider

I made a new loom for the FXR, didnt want to cut up the original and still had all the road gear and plates on hold. Sold the FXR now tho

Its a real drag. I was going to do a run, - but the other way around & use male rose joints. I bought a length of ally hex section, then you just drill & tap it in the lathe.

Rose joints can be bought from Serco or a buying house. Let me know if you want some rod, but I haven't gotten around to buying a left hand M6 int tap. Thing is, they are $46.
Don't you look at my accountant.

tex; give us a yell, we have box load of different size rose joints (L&R hand threads male and female).
I'm sure we can can sort something out far cheaper than buying them from a shop even with discount.

    Cheers

I'm a bit worried by that kind of talk...

I ended up leaving work too late to do it tonight, tomorrow's a write off so will have to be next weekend.
