Well, I've never seen a 15mm axle that long - and i've been raiding wreckers bins for years.
I'd suggest a piece of 15mm HT threaded 14 X 1.5 both ends...

Years back now we turned up a long 20mm axle from a broken HQ halfshaft...HQ steel is tough shit

Thanks, I thought it was a long shot, getting something made was plan B.

I Need the following bits for the boys FXR:

Front wheel with disc
another front disc (unless anyone knows who can straighten them?)
Rear disc

hei yall...i need some help with my yamaha viagra xv1100...i think i need to clean up the carbs and tune them a little...but being a cheap arse i can't afford the 2 - 3 hundy their asking for down the road so was hoping to do myself (with your help if poss). Is anyone able to lend some expertise and help me and my son do this as i'm not confident to go this one alone...

Grow a pair and make the apology you "claimed" that you were gonna make for doing and saying the shit that you did and maybe that missus might not be angry about it and may even forgive, God forbid.

Grow pair and ask him anyway, he's his own man and likes and helps whoever the fuck he wants. Though you did tell him that you'd found someone else to do it.....

And if you're talking about someone else then that song "oops I did it again" comes to mind.

I changed my mind about apologising after some thought on the hypocrisy of it all.

I've got a picture of another guys pipe design, but it would he best to measure timing and port sizes before I fuck around for weeks fabricating something that might not work right.

Anyway this is a better one based on a simplified Frits Overmars design.

If i was you Drew for a start do a simple pipe with a plain header that way you can use bends from the muffler shop for the header, assuming they have pipe that small.

get a fxr, there is a reason they popular.

a good set of pipes will cost more than your bucket so far and you would still have to weld them together prolly 10 hours each maybe more

Bucket owes me zero. So anything is gonna be worth more. I don't plan on selling the thing as long as I can find someone who wants to ride it.

Time I can find to weld it up, I want it right is the only concern.
