    Rg50

Does anyone have a brake caliper for an RG50. I took the caliper apart today and found it had a ring of corrosion around the piston

Thought I had a pretty mint one, just popped down for a quick look and it's still there. Tried to move the piston but it didn't want to so I'll have to have a better look in next day or so to see if its serviceable. I did have it loosely connected to a random system but can't remember if it always was.

    rg 50 stator

And while we're talking rg50.... I'm fixing an rg50 used for "young junior road race" and it has an expired stator. I sold a complete bottom end to someone up north last year. Wish i had it now! Any leads to another stator appreciated. Pls pm me Ta Peter Jones

There was a couple of Mikuni 4 stroke pumpers on TM a week or three ago........
I can't find them but they came up on my bucket saved search (i think part of a set of 2 or 4)

Try cycle treads, they should be able to get them in.
I may have what you need but will have to check.

    Tire warmers

Never used these before so I need to ask, will a 110x17 warmer fit a GP125 90x19 reasonably well?

If you get stuck I have some keihin knock off unmarked (as in no size stated) round main jets you can have. Fill them with solder and drill them to size (our friendly engineer has a jet drill kit)

or you could try http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/moto...-635773383.htm he's located out the back of Whitford

    Thanks Kel.
I have just tried the smaller type jet out of the original carb and it has the same thread. It is in the bike and seems to be ok. Your T/M guy has the jets I want in that style Mikuni N100/604 type. Makes me think my Keihin has been attacked in a previous life.
