    .

Had a bit of a disappointment with bidding on something from JawaJoe. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=232164527

I had wanted some spares for my Motorcrosser and bid for two sets of gears and a reed assembly.

The first picture is JawJoes auction and the second picture is what I received.

I asked about the condition of the gears and was assured they were fine.

I placed my bid and duly received one set of mangy gears and no reed valve.

I rang him about it and the tenure of his reply was "whinge, whinge, shop else where as old joe takes no prisoners"

If you received less than was pictured and described in the auction would you feel ripped off? I do.

He has eight red faces, three blue and many not completed sales, I should have checked before dealing with him, silly me.

If your buying from Trademe I suggest you give JawaJoe a skip.

    I certainly can't use the gears I didn't get.

And you certainly would't want me to use the gears I did get if I was repairing your bike.

I've bought one or two things off him. Less than impressed the last time. He didn't give a toss about my complaints so yeah, steer clear. He also goes under "Terry53".

I'm after an exhaust header for a honda 125 single. The engine is an XL125 I think and the header runs out the side more than down. I'd like a header that I can use to hang the muffler more under the bike if anyone has something lying about.

    Anyone got a flywheel/ magneto cover for a TZ50.

Using the spare motor I picked up from Dave Diprose to put another F5 together

Right time I got my buckets sorted out. Need/want the following:

    1. Cylinder head and rocker cover for a DR/GS/DRZ/GN/125. May also consider DR200. All mine are either completely munched or heavily scored on the cam bearing surfaces (stupid design!).

    2. Standard cylinder head for GP100 (or GP125 if the same). Want to replace the water-cooled head on there at the moment, until I can sort out a better mount for the radiator.

    3. Motivation/tips to sort out nyloning on said GP100 bucket so I turn up at Kaitoke.

    Cheers,
    FM

    Buckets must have:
    • Plugged handlebars.
    • Folding or nylon footpegs (kart track racing only)
    • Anything that could mark the track must be nyloned over or bungs added to prevent them touching the track (kart track only). These must be very secure.
    • Wired sump and oil plugs.
    • Adequate front and rear brakes.
    • No broken clutch and brake levers .
    • Must remove side stands or wire them up and nylon protectors.
    • Must have secure attachments for all parts of the bike.
    • No dangerous attachments.
    • Have no excessive leakage from fuel caps.
    • Have all lights and mirrors removed.
    • A catch tank for any fluids that might leak or overflow such as crankcase or gearbox breathers, float bowls etc.
It's not what you ride but how you ride it!!
