I'll have a look in the parts box at some stage. Best bet is to make one up out of 10mm plate to be honest, the stock ones are made of cheese and if you stick with them you'll just be looking for another in a couple of months.

Awesome cheers, do you use 10mm aluminium plate? Sounds like that may be the way to go.

I use 10mm plate for the rear set and then a small chunk of 5mm plate to mount the rear brake master. Seems to work OK, only ever had one fail after a number of crashes and that one had a little less meat in than normal because I had it set up so I could swit ch them from side to side depending on how much Michelle wanted them raised from standard.

Roger I will give that a go, put my engineering mate to work. I have got a set of bigger rims with slicks now after riding your bike I was converted, thinking about putting a set of wets on the standard rims. Do you know anyone who sells wets to fit the fxr wheels? Just until I can afford 2 sets of bigger rims

Second hand 125 wets is what everyone is using, they will fit but the profile isn't ideal.

As I said, try the stator coil unconnected at 85 ohm +-20%.

They do fail, but I can't imagine it failed in the 3 months you've owned it doing nothing.

I have a backplate that will fit a KX80 MX ign that I can send up
