Thanks, I have organised a 'Professional' to get it sorted.

I did look down the fork and think to myself, mmm, if only I had a big as allen key that would fit all the way down there to keep it in place. A broom stick might have done it.

Dont worry the washer is in good shape, just a minor ruff up.

replace the washers.. it a minimum cost to ensure it won't leak.

I bought this wheel for the rear, now looking for something 17" for the front. Anyone have something suitable for my GL145?

Aesthetically wise maybe something like a GPZ250 in 17 would be a reasonable match.I think they were available in 2.15 0r 2.5x17 on some models.

    Cheers

Cheap pod filters are a restriction. Expensive ones K&N etc aren't really. Never run a filter on any of my buckets.
Don't you look at my accountant.

Uni filters are great and not so much dearer than the cheap stuff. http://www.unifilter.com/online%20ca...universal.html
Available in many grades and shapes and sizes. They used to be Aussie made i guess, maybe still are?
