I need someone to work out some smaller parts (prototype) in metal/aluminum. It should be able to be made out of a thick sheet of aluminum, maybe 8mm. Provides drawing and a cardboard model.

You mean one off hand made, or CNC CAD drawn stuff? I suspect from the cardboard model its the former. Try RMS, call Chris 09 8179500 he's in Titers
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
Thanks!
Yes, basically its a one off. Where is Titers? I'm located in Auckland.

Titers is 'out west' - excuse Kiwi vernacular. I meant Titarangi.

Great! Found it on the map now. Not too far out. Gonna give him a call when I have a good sketch.
Thanks!

Std FXR should be plenty, something isn't right.
Check the outer dust seals, they are prone to cracking and folding over, thus jamming the piston.
Also whatever Su-poo-ski used for 'plating' on the pistons is sub standard, make sure corrosion isn't a problem there.
Love my 'plastic' Honda brake pistons, light and un-corrodable!

Looking for a gear position sender for an FXR. Bought an engine that doesn't have one. It doesn't need to work as long as it plugs up the hole.

looking for a cheap, working, 125cc or 150cc motor for $350.
Hey all, might be the 20th person to ask but I need a new master cylinder for front fxr calliper's. I was wondering if maybe some one had upgraded and still had something kicking around, its for the rig and I'm never going to out brake Rick so it just has to work, not after anything special. Any help much appreciated, hoping to be at Tokoroa so the dead line is longish.
Cheers.
