    New memeber from Spain (mujambee)

    Hi all.

Been lurking around for a while, I've just decided to register and say "Hello".

I'm a Spanish rider, tired of living in Spain, so we have decided to move away. Auckland is top of the list, so I hope I can learn a thing or two about the country (that is, I'll probably ask no end of silly questions till all of you are tired of this F***n spaniard who could go to hell )

Anyhow, I'm here. Whatever you want to know from Spain you only need to ask.

Don't settle in Auckland. At least try Wellington.

Oh, and we are allowed to say "fucking" here.

Spain rules the sports world at the moment. There must be something in the water there?

That's probably because, at the moment, we have little to do here in Spain except for sports.

Try auckland first if you want to step slowly down to the empty and desolate country.

Hola mate, NZ is a great place but be prepared for a culture shock (people will look at you abit funny if you take the kids out with you for quiet drinks after 11pm ) - my advice would be to bring the whole family out for a holiday first. Check out the job pages when your here chat to the locals, get a feel for what day to day life will be like. Might seem like an expensive exercise but could save you thousands and a lot of tears and hassle in the long run.

Its a huge expense and gamble moving to a country so far away without seeing it first hand. Also you might love the place but if your partner doesn't it won't end well. Not trying to be negative but just a share of my experiences.
I love the smell of twin V16's in the morning..

Ha - part of the Spanish culture I really like! I used to live in NZ but now spend most of my time between work in Mallorca/Barcelona.
