    Ice Racing

In my travels i came across these images

Stunning photos, and some serious lean…the “off-season” never looked so good. These shots are by Rutger Pauw, which he took for the Red Bull Photofiles. They profile Austrian ice speedway racer Franky Zorn at the second round of the Santa Cup in Sweden, which he went on to win.

It's all great fun until you get run over by another bike (happens from time to time)
Bruce Cribb, NZ speedway rider was well known on the ice back in the 70s

At those lean angles I'd turn the ice yellow.

Yeah, you want to stay clear of other riders for sure! In Sweden they actually race road bikes on the ice too.
