Give us a bit of history eh?

Why does an '88 bike only have 19,000km on the clock?

Not wishing to cast aspersions on your FineBeastOfTheTarmac, but phark me (!) that makes me think either I sold my VF500 too cheap ($1800) - unless bikes have got horrendibly expensive lately - or FineBeastsOfTheTarmacInTheQuarter-LitreSize are very much sought after....
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

    That 'un.

Coz nobody wants a VF500, coz they is, in the collective consciousness, pants, but everybody, at some point, needs a GPX250 or similar.

The Invisible Hand of Adam Smith therefore gets busy.

    Pic As Promised

These are some pic of this Ninja 250. Caught up with Pam @ the Maungatapere Service Station and took some pics for her and Kevin. PT, Zapf, Ant, Jess, Tiller and myself saw this bike on Sat on the way to Kia Iwi Lakes. It is in a very tidy condition for a bike of it's age. Power wise it would give Ant's Bandit a run for it's money. All the race/road 250's from this period and into the early 90's fetch high prices as the new ones are often not as powerful or as good due to restrictions (see Trade Me or Bike Trader if you don't beleive me).
