WGTN 3month Lease on Inner City Apartment

March to May 2009
Fully furnished studio apartment, Oriental Parade, Wellington. 3 mins to Courtenay Place, 5 mins to Te Papa.
Suitable for one tenant, however if a couple really got on well together I guess it could work lol.

For Single person: $270 per week - includes power, phone and internet.

If you need a TV you would have to bring your own.

I need to get away for a few months - and ride. However, I can only do this if I can lease my apartment for 3 months. This time frame could also be negotiated for shorter or longer.

I need a responsible tenant(s) and trustworthy.

last time i was in welly i had a stroll along there and thought to myself that if i had to live in wellington it would have to be oriental parade, the only problem is there is 5 of us with 5 cars, caravan, boat, trailor and 2 bikes,,,,whats the offstreet parking like??

Oh my gosh if only I had a spare $270 each week I could have my own private retreat...away from everyone! *squeel* oooo imagine all that glorious unspoiled ME time and on the parade too...I would just sit by a window looking at the water for hours and hours...might do a bit of perving at some of the runners and beach posers too

Oh mate, we just need to get 5 of us chicks together and go 1/5ths in the $270 and we could all have a retreat away from our hubbys, ooops I mean our normal lives...

Good luck finding someone BMW, a lady at work was recently looking for something in that area so I will see if she is still looking and let her know.

And a bloody comfortable couch - I am taking the airbed tho lol. The location is so great I do not want to give up the apartment - 5 mins walk and I'm at the waterfront.

You can also go to Starbucks in Reading Centre and people watch lol.

There is parking outside if you get a residency permit, of course the Council will charge you.

Did you have any luck renting out your apartment BMW? Sorry my person didn't work out, she had already found a place when I got in touch.

Hopefully you have (or soon will have) it all sorted and you can just get away and rrrrriiiiiiiiiiddddddddddeeeeeeeee!
