98'-01' R1 pipes: both modified in good nick.

I have for sale 2 pipes that have been modified, both in good condition. The reason for sale is a have just brought a new Yoshi.

1/ The carbon fibre one came off my 2000 R1 (@25k). I chopped, gutted and replaced the 1 & 3/4" baffle with a 2 & 1/4 one. Repacked and reassembled using stainless blind rivets. Its now 530mm long. Polished end caps. This pipe sounds great, looks stock but isn't.

2/ The titanium one came off a 2001 R1 that I brought for $120 and spent another $100 on. Same deal, chopped and gutted it (had 3 chambers in it...nightmare to remove) welded another larger baffle. Repacked and reassembled. While on another bloody fishing boat I made a stainless logo (kiwi/fireball) that got rivetted on. This pipe is 355mm in length and louder than the carbon one. It has a noticable top end increase and sounds awesome. Good for a track day?

Price? $170 ono for the carbon one and $150 ono for the titanium one.
PM me to arrange something if you are interested.
