Which reminds me of a funny thing (just to hijck for a second...) I recall hearing a radio skit with Eric Morecome where they were recording live by the roadside and you can hear a cop or ambo go past in the background.

Not missing a beat Eric pipes with "he won't sell any icecreams at that speed". The crew just crippled themselves laughing and Eric carries on ...

As much as I tried to ignore this thread
the PMs' I'm getting just go to my head,
asking me to come here instead
and say something witty while I munch my bread
with tuna and onion and a sweet chewie bar
a cup cake, an orange a big fat cigar
to smoke not to eat, why is it bizarre
that when I light it I taste Mon-I-ca?

I did not mean

Yesterday I was
quite down
someone had
made me frown

But today after
much thought
I came up
with this retort

I love this place
it's really great
and if you cant deal
then s***w you mate

I'm sorry that
I went away
not for long
but I went astray

I promise now
that I'll never leave
unless pried loose
with a ho and a heave

I was very stunned
with my email box
when I checked this morning
puttin' on my socks

As I said before
I'm back to stay
if they have a problem
they can go away

At last we know the sordid truth
That Slipstream's here with dry vermouth
and GIN ... a lot is in her glass
and yet we think she's in her own class
because she makes her drinks so strong
Her martini's dry as my arm is long
Or perhaps the yankee town "Deluth"
- 6 parts gin to 1 part Vermouth!!
