    Noob brake fluid question.

Have used the search function and not found the answer I'm looking for. So here goes.

My front brake fluid resorvior is about 5mm above the low bar. My GN250 manual says something along the lines of if the resevoir is not full then the brakes may not work properly.

So, I am due a service in about 600km, assuming it stays above the low line is it fine/safe to wait?

If not can I just top up the brake fluid (rather than change it), until it is serviced. If so, do I just unscrew the top and pour the fluid in (as you may guess I not especially mechanically minded).

    Thanks for the help.
