    OK Im guessin this is a serious question.Besides as Nasty suggested pain killers afterwards Big, litte or just plain weedy you need to grip the tank with your legs. A side effect is better feel through the hand controls

    Frosty has the answer. You clamp your thighs onto the tank, use your core muscles to hold yourself up and don't use your arms/wrists for support. If you can't avoid slipping up against the tank, then you are doing it wrong.
    Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
