I took the Duc out for a quick blast this afternoon (just to turn the motor over).

Couldn't be bothered putting on a helmet.

Didn't realise it would be so bloody hard to see at 100mph.

    Won't do that again.
The greatest pleasure of my recent life has been speed on the road. . . . I lose detail at even moderate speed but gain comprehension. . . . I could write for hours on the lustfulness of moving swiftly.

Unbelieveable, police running a guy of the road, pepperspraying him, ramming him and wrecking hish pushbike....because he was not wearing a helmet...

Police will keep us "safe", even if they have to kill us for it...

And to all of Helen's kids out there:
    Playing Nana is wrong!
People have to make decisions for themselves....
It is NOT the gobberments job to think for us!

I can't say I'm surprised; bully boys at it again and for something so trivial. No wonder people have no respect for them. However, I'm sure the PCA and all the pen pushers will find no fault on the part of the copper.

Ok, the guy shoulda had a lid, big fuckin' deal, what a gangster. You have to wonder how that copper would react in a truly serious situation, fuckin' scary just thinking about it actually. He'd probably tazer you for an overdue library book and break out the Glock for a bum tail light.

    Fuckwit.

Probably not on paper.......reality is something quite different though. Reality is a place where they do what they like, especially when nobody's looking. Even if someone IS looking they'll discredit witness accounts, grab the Persil bucket and fire everything through the great whitewashing machine.

But let's not turn this into a cop-bashing thread.

    Kawasaki Mach 111 500 and H2 750 widow makers...........

Reputedly the first jap bikes that could touch the Ton between lights in Queen St., whether or not the rider was wearing a helmet.
