Im thinking you may need to talk with your tyre supplier. Have you got tyre warmers sussed yet??

Warmers are for chicks. From what I am told the new rider prefers it when the bike is sliding around on cold tyres, who do you think taught Jay Lawrence to back it in to the turns like he does.

Its not up to the rider though. Given the calibre of the team management I suspect that sliding wont be encouraged.
I'm thinking that the new generation roller sliders and remote fuelling tecnology might be interesting for this team.
