The one bike you've had since I've known you that you haven't crashed.

Giving it another go are you?

It was a week of choices to work through, cause last weekend I could see the pressure building, Mr D was getting very twitchy about the empty space in the garage, I knew he couldnt wait for the R1, and BEARS kept coming up more in coversations. So I asked the question, what else is out there that you like we could look at buying? Search KTMs and MV Agusta's, cause they are always on the fun list, and there were five choices to be had. After various discussions throughout the week, Saturday morning here I was off to Hamilton with the trailer to pick up the latest, old purchase. I have to say, Im thrilled to have this particular bike back in the garage, its so cool.
Obviously I dropped it off to Chris at his work so he could at least ride it home, great to see him giggling with excitement as I arrived. Gets home I ask "Well, what do you think?". Shit its puss nuts compaired to the 1098s. Holy Shit batman, Dave at Waikato Yamaha had been telling me that morning how guys would come back from a test ride white with fear stating it was too damn funky for them to ride.
It has been regeared I reminded him, and this girly quite happily pootles around on it, geeees
So, need to sell ZX6 and then get the R1 in the garage, that will do for a wee while.

Perfection is not something you should ever attain, but something to always strive for. For if we actually achieve our idea of perfection, is it then any longer perfect?

I see this as a true compliment for the Superduke. Nice bike, I think I could be a little bias on that particular choice.

Hard case...as this is my old Superduke R!
A huge thank you to Dave at Waikato Yamaha for making this an interesting and fun deal

No worries Chris. Good to see the bike go back to a good home. Enjoy it. It's a cool bike.

The MT-01 is to tame for you Jimmy. You need a new V Max. 200 BHP and 147 foot pounds of tyre shredding torque

Yeah - but the bikes about 4 times as heavy as he is!
