I will be there, no doubt Saturday and Sunday. Got a few things to try as well as a mate that is keen to cheek out the track on Saturday.

    And then racing Sunday

Hmmm, looking at the weather maps I would say about a 25% chance of rain. I would rather it rains versus the heat we had last time

Hey guys are the standard plastic bar ends you see on some bars good enough? They aren't open bars but there is a small plastic cap if you know what I mean

looking forward to it!!! to be honset i dont think its going to rain.....saturady is just suposed to be cloudly and sunday is showers.....and it suposed to be windy that means it will blow the rain off the track and dry the track if it does rain...

remember auckland is the hardest place in new zealand to forecast for...most of the time their just guessing......

I'd say you'll want to replace them with mushrooms/plastic champagne corks - that cap will grind away in no time!

I'll do it tomorrow then. The corks seem pretty light duty as well. Do you leave the plastic cap on the plastic cork on? Seems like it would stop grinding away so fast but it could fall off onto the track as well
