    VFR400 nc30 1993

I have put this up because I am thinking I possibly might get a bigger bike now I have my full licence and can get insurance and all that jazz.

I am in no rush to sell so it's not going on trademe any time soon.

If you have any questions just ask.

It goes well, the km's mean nothing.

I have polished the front forks, and front wheel dish, and the rear wheel. Not hard to look after, just give it an autosol every couple of months. Or just paint them, would not be hard or cost much.

It has a hagon rear shock which I have had rebuilt.

I've done the last 15,000km on it ( - a few my neighbour did ) and I have replaced the reg/rec with an aftermarket one.

Will have a wof and reg when sold.

Always had fresh oil every 4 or 5000km.

    New pics up, shinyyyyyyyyyyyy

Yea i bought it back because he gave it to me for the same price i sold it, which i thought was reasonable considering he hadnt even done 2000km on it.

sorry for the off topic but did you completely remove the fork lowers to polish them up or did you just do it with the front wheel removed?

Took the front wheel off. Once the wheel and guard are off you can just turn the forks around by hand. They were the easiest thing to polish by far.

sweet thanks for that, the paint is quite bad looking on mine so will give it a shot
did you just wet and dry working your way up through the grit levels then autosol them?
also how'd you support the front of the bike whiel the wheel was off?

Used paint stripper, then just used 400 then 1200 wet and dry i think, then autosol. I lifted the front end up of the bike while standing over it and then put some pieces of 4 by 2 under the exhaust.
