175mph BMW superbike?

The new BMW Sportbike rumored to be able to travel at 175mph, with a 165bhp Hayabusa-style that is set to shatter the German firm’s staid image.

The bike will be powered by a completely new, in-line transverse four-cylinder engine, and it will be pitched to compete with the Honda Blackbird and Kawasaki ZX-12R. It will feature radical suspension and low weight, and signals a huge shift for the company.
